Mastering Sessions

•  All sessions require a deposit to be secured.
•  Metadata must be supplied by client to MWM in electronic, written form.
•  MWM is not responsible for typos in metadata submitted by client to Mike Wells Mastering.

Intellectual Assets

Mike Wells Mastering remains the sole owner of any and all settings created and/or applied to Client materials during session (known as "Intellectual Assets"), and such materials will not be released to Client under any conditions. Intellectual Assets contain and are not limited to Processor settings & Processor work files generated, equipment configuration diagrams and usage, work/temporary files as generated during Client session.

Studio Attendance

•  No pets or babies may be present at your mastering session.
•  Accommodations for seeing-eye dogs must be arranged prior to arriving at your session.

Billing

•  Billing is measured in 15 minute increments.
•  New Mixes = New Mastering. Meaning: Supplying new mixes incurs new mastering, therefore incurs new billing time.
•  Masters must be paid in full before delivering to client, unless written agreements are made
   otherwise by Mike Wells Mastering to client.
