MWM still adheres to our original core philosophy defined as Quality, Ethics, and Community.

Quality at Mike Wells Mastering:

Quality denotes a cetain grade of excellence. We define quality in many facets: From the quality of your experience with our service, to the quality of your results, and the quality of feedback we have received from so many clients year after year.

Ethics at Mike Wells Mastering:

Ethics are a system of moral principles. We utilize this set of principles daily as demonstrated by our consistent, measured processes, honest communictaion in defining what is/is not possible within mastering, realistic expectation setting, and respectful interaction with all clients regardless of their career status.

Community at Mike Wells Mastering:

As we see it, Community is a meaningless word unless Action stands behind it. Over the last decade Mike Wells Mastering has consistently given back to the audio community through fiscal sponsorships of annual music events, public speaking engagements at various schools and conventions, involvement with NARAS and AES, and our proudest of contribution to date: the Audio Outreach program.
