	Booking: How to book a session & place your order Booking a session is just 3 easy steps: 1. Call 415-595-5446. 2. Fill-out the online Release Info Form. 3. Deliver your materials via FTP, mail, or bring them to your session, depending on the services you are choosing.
	What happens next:
	Attended Mastering sessions: 1. Upon booking your date, there may be a consultation scheduled prior to your mastering date to review materials, answer questions, etc... 2. On your mastering date, bring in your materials and the mastering session is performed. 3. You leave the session with an Approval Reference CD-R and review the ref for one week. 4. You approve the ref or request final changes/edits, and your Master Pak containing your final masters are delivered to you or your plant. Remote Mastering sessions: 1. Upon receiving your materials, a review process is performed and any questions or details are resolved prior to beginning the mastering session. 2. Estimated dates and turnaround time is communicated back to you upon successful load-in of your materials and fine points resolved. 3. After the mastering is performed, an Approval Reference CD-R is generated and sent to you. 4. You receive the Approval Ref and take a week to review. 5. You approve the ref or request final changes/edits, and your Master Pak containing your final masters are delivered to you or your plant. Other services (Mastering for Digital Distribution, Archival): 1. The service is scheduled and material submission/coordination is handled per project depending on the services chosen. 2. Work is performed based on customer specifications and service chosen. 3. Final materials are delivered to you via mail or FTP.
